Data protection
Preliminary note
This privacy policy explains how sabinegraf.ch collects and processes personal data. This description is not exhaustive; it may be explicitly supplemented or amended in individual cases by other, more specific data protection declarations.
General information
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data.
I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.
In cooperation with my hosting provider, I make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.
I would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration.
Responsible
maissen-kunst.ch is itself responsible for the personal data it processes. If you have any questions, please contact me by e-mail at benedikt.maissen@icloud.com
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is any information that relates to a specific or identifiable person. I collect and process personal data in accordance with the applicable laws, in particular the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). In addition to the DSG, this privacy policy also takes into account the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and is based on this standard in terms of content.
I do not collect any personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to me yourself via the contact form. Data, such as pages accessed, name of the file accessed, date and time, are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person.
Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address, are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent. This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and is then deleted or anonymised as far as possible.
I assume that the personal data I receive from you is correct and up-to-date. If you provide me with personal data of other persons (e.g. family members or employees), I assume that you are authorised to do so.
Purpose of data processing
First and foremost, personal data is used to fulfil my contractual obligations with you. If you have given me consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, I will process your personal data within the scope of this consent, unless I have another legal basis. You can revoke your consent at any time, but this will not affect any data processing that has already taken place.
Cookies
I use permanent cookies on my website so that I can better understand how you use my offers and content. A cookie is a text file that is stored on your computer and enables an analysis of your use of the website. While session cookies are only used during a session and are deleted after your visit to the website, permanent cookies can be used to store user settings and other information over a longer, specific period of time. However, you can set your browser so that it does not accept cookies, only stores them for one session or deletes them prematurely. If you block cookies, certain functionalities may no longer work.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses “cookies” to evaluate the use of the website on behalf of the operator, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services to the website operator relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored or delete them by making the appropriate setting in your browser.
Google Web Fonts
This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at:
https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Data disclosure
I disclose data to third parties in the course of my business activities, insofar as it is necessary and useful for the fulfilment of the purpose according to point 4. This may be the case, for example, if third parties work for me. These recipients may be located in Switzerland or abroad, which is why the data may be transferred to the country of residence of these third parties as well as to their companies, counterparties, business partners or consulted experts and service providers. If I transfer data to a country without adequate legal data protection, I ensure an adequate level of protection (e.g. through contracts based on the so-called standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
Duration of storage
Your personal data will be processed by me as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of my contractual and legal obligations. As soon as your personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised as far as possible.
Data security
I take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and misuse, such as issuing instructions, training, IT and network security solutions, access controls and restrictions.
Rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your data at any time. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. The competent data protection authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (http://www.edoeb.admin.ch).
